Festival Rules
A few ground rules keep everyone safe and headbanging. Read them before you arrive.

Community standards
- ✕GoatHell is an event for fans of heavy metal, related genres, and alternative music in general, and as such, it is a place of zero tolerance for all forms of violence, hatred, and intolerance towards others and those who are different.
- ✕Anyone who displays intolerance or hatred towards another person because of their ethnic, national, religious, or sexual affiliation will be immediately and permanently removed from the GoatHell event!

Attendance & conduct
- ✕Everyone attends the festival at his or her own risk and must follow all posted instructions, restrictions, and the directions of staff, security, and city officials.
- ✕Disruptive, provoking, or aggressive behaviour that endangers or unsettles other visitors leads to immediate removal without further notice and without the possibility to return.
- ✕Forged or counterfeit tickets result in permanent banishment from the festival.

Liability
- ✕You are responsible for your own security and property; the promoter is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
- ✕The promoter is not liable for any breach of Croatian law, thefts, injuries, or harm caused by third parties.
- ✕The promoter is not liable for any situation or incident that occurs outside the festival area.

Prohibited items
- ✕It is strictly forbidden to bring any kind of fire or cold weapons, drugs, or items made to do harm — offenders are banished with no possibility of return.
- ✕Lighting a fire or keeping an open flame anywhere in the festival area is strictly forbidden.

Grounds & stage
- ✕Keep your surroundings clean — use the rubbish bags and bins provided.
- ✕It is strictly forbidden to bring any food or drink inside the stage area.
- ✕Follow the crowd-safety directions of security and staff at all times.
- ✕Use only the marked routes; leaving the paths outside the festival area is at your own risk.

Family & pets
- ✕Children under 13 enter free with a parent or legal guardian present at all times.
- ✕Ear protection is strongly recommended for children given the sound levels.
- ✕Pets are not allowed — the noise and crowds cause them unnecessary stress.

Media & health
- ✕By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes without compensation.
- ✕Exposure to loud music carries a risk of hearing damage — protect your ears.
- ✕Rapid or flashing lighting may affect photosensitive individuals or those with epilepsy.
- ✕Buying a ticket confirms you have read and understood these rules.
